I really can’t say enough good things about Palace Pools! They built my pool about a year ago and I couldn’t be happier. Worth every penny! Upon interviewing several companies, I knew right away I wanted the personal touch that only a smaller company could provide. They walked me through every step, answered all 100+ of my questions, and went above and beyond throughout the process. Palace Pools is a 5-star company. Mike installed our pool and spa 16 years ago. The pool has been an excellent addition to our home over the years. Any time we have had a question or need his advice or assistance he has been there right away for us. He will go above and beyond to solve any problem that we ve experienced in maintaining our beautiful pool. When I say above and beyond I’m also talking about him coming over to our house after his working hours and on weekends to include Sundays. I would highly recommend him and his crew. Extremely professional and competent in all phases of pool maintenance.

I researched a lot of pool companies and Palace was the only one that wanted to build what I wanted to build. They never tried to sell me a “cookie cutter” or “pick from this design” pool and as we went along they built what we asked for; we got the waterfall, lions heads, and planter and have a beautiful pool on our lake front lot. The foreman who built the pool, Daniel, was fantastic and did everything and more. I will admit, I am not easily impressed, but the way this pool was finished is fantastic. I am extremely happy with the quality and looks of the pool. They are busy, so if you have the time to get it built right, I would recommend Palace Pools of Jacksonville, FL.

These guys are awesome. They replaced my pool pump motor a while back quickly and at a great price. Also, the installer was happy to answer a bunch of maintenance questions that I had, which was really appreciated. Recently one of the seals went out on my pump. I called them and they replaced it within a few days. Great local company that will continue to get my business.

I signed my contract with Palace Pools in July 2020. All I can say is WOW! I knew this was a big investment we were making and we wanted nothing but quality. Palace Pools exceeded our expectations! The salesperson Tim was amazing. He took the time to meet with us to design a pool that we absolutely loved! After we signed the contract they went over everything with us so we knew what to expect. During the entire process, they had great communication with us. They always answered any questions I had and the entire staff is very professional. Mike the owner of the company even stopped by to inspect the work done. That just shows the pride he takes in the work they do. Sam was amazing! He always answered any question I had and did so making me feel like a valued client. Al who did the pool school was incredible. He thoroughly went over anything I needed to know after our pool was completed. Even after the pool was done, the entire staff told me to please call if I had any questions or concerns. Palace Pools by far exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a professional company that guarantees their work and takes pride in the quality of work then Palace Pools is who you want.
